Shipping

Q. Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes, More information can be found in the shipping information page

Q. I can't checkout?

A. If you are located outside of Europe then you can only auto checkout with a parcel up to 2kg, Parcels over 2kg become very expensive to ship so we request shipping costs at time of inquiry.

Q. Where is my order?

A. Your tracking number will have been sent via email to you, if you have logged your phone number you will also get text message alerts for larger parcels. If you can't find the tracking number please drop us an email and we will be more than happy to assist.

 

Payments

A. yes, Our payments are handled externally via stripe payments and PayPal. So no data is stored with us. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept visa, MasterCard, maestro, visa debit, google pay, Apple Pay, Shop pay and Paypal.

 

Products

Q. Are your products originals?

A. We do not sell any replica's or reproductions, all of our products are manufacturer originals.

Q. Can I get more photos/ details of a product?

A. We are more than happy to provide and detailed photos you may require just drop us a line and we will be more than happy to assist.

 

Postage + Packaging

Q. How long is your processing time?

A. We aim to ship within 24 hours. if your order is placed on a Friday then it will be dispatched on a Monday.

Q. Will my item be protected?

A. All items are shipped in secure packaging. ie. WE DO NOT SHIP CARDBOARD BOXED GAMES IN Jiffy bags.  We would never want to receive games damaged so we make sure that sufficient packaging is used to protect products whilst in transit.
