This is a great set of games that will give many hours of fun. whether playing alone or with friends. 

In Europe, the game was initially part of the Nintendo GameCube Limited Edition Pak, a bundle which also included a GameCube, controller, and Mario Kart Double Dash. The collection was also made available via Club Nintendo for 4,500 stars, but only 1,000 copies were distributed in this way.

In the uk there was a silver sleeve exclusive to Music shop HMV and a gold Sleeve exclusive to Woolworths Both very sought after. ( these did not include the Zelda bonus Disc)

The  gamecube console pak pictured on the right is often found missing the game. It was a popular choice when it came out in November 1999 and was a firm favourite as a Christmas present that year. Out of the box it came with 2 controllers so straight away you could play with friends. That coupled with the fact it came with both a Mario and Zelda game made it a firm favourite. Even today it is a favourite amongst collectors. With many looking to find one in mint condition. due to the nature of the artwork being on a sleeve that covered the console box it makes it uncommon to find in good condition. 

With Both Mario and Zelda coming with the Mario kart double dash limited edition game it commands a price that is more than double that of just the Mario kart game.
